Luton Town player
One of the main reasons I joined Luton Town this summer was because manager Nathan Jones was so enthusiastic about the new stadium at Power Court. I know Nathan well from being at Brighton when he was coach there and even though it was a big drop to come to a League Two club, I know he has ambitions to be at the kind of level Brighton are at by the time the new ground is built and Id seen how passionate the supporters are here during my loan spell last season.
Theres no reason why Luton cant do the same as Brighton. As a kid I can remember watching them play in front of a few thousand at the Withdean and now you see them with gates of around 25,000 at the Amex. Theres so much to do beside the football and Power Court will be exactly the same. My family and friends from back home in Sussex will be able to jump on the Thameslink straight to the ground too. Couldnt be easier to get to a game if the stadium is right next to the station.
Its a big ambition for all us younger players at the club to be able to lead Luton Town into a new era there, so please give us something to aim for. I know it will be a big boost for the area with more money and jobs coming into the town, so give the plans the go-ahead and make the town a place people want to come and live in and visit.
